This exhibition will showcase valuable materials such as publications and photo postcards related to the 1855 Edo earthquake, which struck the Edo city center in the late Edo period and caused damage in the current Saitama, Kanagawa, and Chiba prefectures, as well as materials related to the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake, which struck the modernized same region 68 years later.
