Midori Kume
Art Works Gallery brings you a private exhibition of some works by Midori Kume, a Mito City native and graduate of Musashino Art University, who has been actively displaying her ceramics all over the region since 1998. In addition to this private collection, Kume is simultaneously on display at "Warera no Jidai - Our Age" at Art Tower Mito, which runs until 2006-02-05. Although Kume's ceramics are durable and unique, they give off the nostalgic impression of being soft and delicate, much like a nest, which happens to be the theme for this show.
