Erik Gunnar Asplund
Erik Gunnar Asplund (1885-1940) is considered Sweden's leading modern architect. This exhibition presents a selection of his original drawings, sketches, furnitures and models as well as his paintings from his youth hood, together with photographs taken by Mr. Yukio Yoshimura. Asplund's work "The Woodland Cemetery" in Stockholm was inscripted as UNESCO World Heritage in 1994.
