Tadasuke Akiyama
The artist believes that cities are neither good nor bad, that they are merely mirrors which reflect the spirit of the age, and he aims to capture this on film. Growing up with that way of looking at the city around him, he has spent more than forty years walking around Tokyo with a camera in hand taking renewed looks at it, and he believes that the ever-expanding capital city of Japan is a veritable "toybox". 50 colour photographs will be on display.
