Tokyo Life Lines

Pink Cow
Finished
Every city has its short stories, this is especially true for Tokyo. The monkeys of Monkey Business opened their eyes and ears, giving these stories its pictures, poems and feelings. They show the many faces of urban life of the Japanese metropolitan. Watching the photos, drawings and videos; reading and listening to the poems, everyone can discover new aspects and recognize own experiences connected to the life of Tokyo, which are building a net of lines crossing or parallel with others. But the monkeys do more: they want to tell your story, picture your experience and give your idea of Tokyo a name. Visiting this event means being part of this event: Express your idea of living in Tokyo with your clothing, tell your funniest, saddest, most impressive story... You are a lifeline of Tokyo!

The event will start with an amazing buffet dinner and lively discussion from 19:00-22:00(¥2625 per person, reservations requested at http://www.thepinkcow.com). From 21:30 onwards till late we have the entertaiment part of the evening, with creative art, poem reading, book signing, photo shooting, painting, and the best DJs in town. (No entertainment charge)

The Monkey Business is a newly formed group of three reckless, creative friends and their (artistic) guests. Charlotte, Oscar and Pepi (COP) come from different time zones of the world (Austria, Peru, Spain), culture and education (electronics-law). Together they form their own creative crucible using various techniques (photographing, painting, writing etc.) to express... art...? to express the fun of being respectless, creative and critical, doing real monkey Business. Come in and join them!
