The Ueda Collection was divided into five parts and donated in 2008 to five art museums in Japan: The National Museum of Art, Tokyo; The National Museum of Art, Osaka; Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Contenporary Art; Nerima Art Museum and Tochigi Prefectural Museum of Fine Arts. 33 works by Tomoaki Ishihara (1959-), Chie Matsui (1960-), Miran Fukuda (1963-) and Ryuhei Rex Yuasa (1964-) from The Ueda Collection are being shown with other works by them from the museum collection.
