Coinciding with the duration of the Yokohama Triennale 2008, BankART1929 is hosting "BankART Life II". The purpose of this event is to promote a region-wide program that aims at the comprehensive management of a variety of existing businesses and to disseminate them throughout the entire region in cooperation with public and historical buildings, industrial remains, restaurant districts, vacant land and stores, etc. The concept of this event is "to open up and connect". The event will take place not only at the venues hosting the Triennale, but also the whole area surrounded by Shinko Port, Bashamichi, Isezakicho, Sakuragicho, Nogechiku, Hinodecho and Koganecho.
