"Old French Paper Advertisements 1950-1980" Exhibition

Logos Gallery
Finished
This exhibition features paper advertisements from the halcyon days of the 1950s to the 1980s in France. These posters and graphics convey the unique spirit and atmosphere of the times through the old print, from an age where ballpoint pens were not standard issue, when refrigerators were not electric. These posters came from a time when these products were advertised as ground-breaking inventions.

The illustrations are rich with unique textures that show off the quality of the paper and ink used for these lithographs and serigraphs. Contained within these magnificent paper works is a story of what lifestyle changes were heralded by the technological progress of the era.
