First solo exhibition by Chie Yoshii, who is currently enrolled as a graduate student at Tama Art University.
The figures and landscapes that Yoshii depicts look familiar, while at the same time eliciting a feeling of the unfamiliar. These vast spaces give the viewer a sense of comfort. Yoshii's paintings bring a crisp, bracing air to the exhibition space.
