Joshua Lieberman is a Tokyo based artist whose work merges complex view camera techniques with the latest in lens and digital technologies. Specializing in architectural and interior commercial photography, his stark portraits of monumental skyscrapers extend beyond the architects' original intentions, enabling him to add his own unique viewpoint to the subject matter.
This 3-day "Monolithic Landscape" exhibition was inspired by a collection of noir monochrome images created for the recently released Tokyo guidebook "21st Century Tokyo: A Guide to Contemporary Architecture".
