Helmut Newton
Helmut Newton was born in 1920 in Germany. Until his sudden death by car accident in 2004 in Los Angeles, he had pursued beauty of females around the globe for the half decade. His work has been featured in numerous fashion magazines such as VOGUE, ELLE, and VANITY FAIR. He achieved his unique glamorous style of photography, which was not about short-lived and consumable fashion, but with the sophisticated and vernacular attitudes of the models in that era.
Only 75 copies of the Private Property do exist in this world. Galerie Sho Contemporary Art would be honoured to introduce the completed collection of original 45 prints that conjures up the erotic and elegant worlds of monochrome by Helmut Newton, whom we had collaborated with.
