Tomomi Hikatsu
Born in 1969 in Nagano prefecture, Tomomi Hikatsu began copper print making after graduating from Tama Art University in 1993 and through the experimentation in various techniques has come to build up a rich and poetic world. In recent years he has turned her hand to vivid oil painting, capturing the simple living of everyday, born from a dialogue with the mind’s depths. Here she presents 15 of such oil paintings with its delicate colors and pliant forms.
