Shuzo Takiguchi
Shuzo Takiguchi (1903–1978) introduced surrealism to Japan in the prewar period, became a pioneer of Japanese art criticism, and produced his own poems and works of art. This exhibition offers a look at poetry, criticism, and artwork from throughout his career, examining how his surrealist eye shaped his soul as a critic.
