Arata Iura
The actor, model and fashion designer Arata Iura is never far from the public spotlight with his recent films being included in Cannes and Berlin film festivals, as well appearing as presenter on the NHK series “Nichiyobi Bijutsukan”, and becoming a cultural ambassador for the Kyoto National Museum. Recently travelling around the various regions of Japan his has come to combine “travel” with “photography”, developing into a series of photography exhibitions. In these photographs he captures the moment of change in nature with the dawn and the dusk, the fire of the arising and passing day. This exhibition presents a collection of these works, along with the accompanying photo book also available for purchase.
