Kenji Hirasawa is a photographer who continually seeks out humanity, life and love through his photography and in his first solo exhibition in Japan he draws upon a series of work he has been developing since 2003, making portraits with an infra-red camera. In this select range of photographs Hirasawa reveals a world that exists beyond the human eye, each portrait capturing a sense of energy in the visualization of the warmth of life, while suggesting the force of will and desire which fills the world.
