With cracked surfaces of paint Tohru Matsushita explores the potential of coincidence and the determined act of the artist, opening up a new space within the flat plane. While the traces of paint upon the support embody a minimal expression it also gives birth to a living universe. This exhibition features new work alongside earlier pieces.
