The Vietnam War ended 40 years ago. The Japanese war photographer Bunyo Ishikawa has spent 50 years covering Vietnam and military bases in Okinawa. Conveying a message of peace, this retrospective of his work is a call to think deeply about Japan’s current moves to reinstate its war powers.
