Artists

Nobuo Suzuki
This solo exhibition looks back on the past five years in the career of illustrator Nobuo Suzuki, whose projects include illustrations for the magazine Brutus and book design. Here he presents drawing of Shibuya, Shimokitazawa, and other Tokyo neighborhoods created while scouting locations, along with new drawings and portraits. The show’s title “Magic City” comes from the name of a juke joint in Mississipi during the 1980s.
