Pura Vida is a phrase that Dai Murata heard for the first time while traveling and is something that stuck with him. It translates as “pure life,” meaning a life lived with a virtuous heart. Here Murata recalls memories of his trip - the pure enjoyment of walking, filled honest feelings and the wind blowing at his face.
