Artists

Yuki Ninagawa
Yuki Ninagawa, a painter of roses, has spent the last year and a half working on a 3m×6m masterpiece painted with mineral pigments and titled “Inferno of Roses,” based on revered Italian poet Dante’s work “Divine Comedy - Inferno.” The work will be displayed in the Art Lounge at Park Hotel Tokyo, filling the space with blues and reds spilling out this and other pieces such as “Beatrice of the Roses,” based on Dante’s ideas of the “eternal feminine.” There will also be a dynamic video work projected onto the 30-meter high wall of the 25th floor Art Lounge in the evenings.

*Yuki Ninagawa will be present every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 14:00-17:00 throughout the exhibition period, as well as on the final day.
