Asumiko Nakamura
Asumiko Nakamura is a manga author who has produced numerous works in the shojo manga and “boys’ love” genres since debuting in 2000, her works aimed primarily at a female audience and typically focusing on heterosexual personal and romantic relationships, or on romantic or sexual relationships between male characters. She has cultivated a passionate fan base with her beautiful and delicate yet bold drawing style, as well as her stories that make the heart flutter. This exhibition will mark the release of the live action feature film adaptation of “Double Mints” on June 3, presenting original drawings by Nakamura made for this title.
