This live performance titled “Food Beat - Inner Eatrip” has been planned and directed under the supervision of Food Director Yuri Nomura. Spanning multiple genres, it brings together musicians, chefs, dancers, medical doctors, designers, ceramic artists, video artists, and professionals from various fields to explore how our heartbeat is shaped by food.
A special exhibition curated by Nomura and a series of talk sessions that will be delivered by Dr. Toshiro Inaba together with some of the participating artists will accompany the event.
As a living food, in order to occasionally fill the heart, approach the body sense that has enjoyed many meals, remember the memory of food that sleeps in the depth of yourself (not to eat) live performance of food “beating heart of food - Please check out “Food Beat - Inner Eatrip”.
