The self-taught artist Yusuke Shimomura has presented his cut-paper sculptures in places such as New York and Madrid, launching the kiri-e paper cutting art group Samurai in 2014. He believes that kiri-e reaffirms the value of craftsmanship in an increasingly digitalized era. This exhibition presents his intricate works full of vitality and dynamism.
