Hiroaki Umeda
Hiroaki Umeda is an internationally acclaimed artist who works with various mediums including dance, technology arts, and music. 2-taxon is a triple bill consisting of his solo and two new choreographic works. The first new work includes dancers from his project, Somatic Field Project, and the second new work involves three world-class hip hop dancers. His solo, Holistic Strata, has been performed in 20 countries and 25 cities worldwide. A new virtual reality installation work, created in collaboration with MUTEK.JP, is scheduled for exhibition in the lobby.
