The public art installation “Counter Void” by Tatsuo Miyajima, an exhibitor at the “STARS Exhibition,” will be lit for a limited time.
Miyajima has been active worldwide since his first work, a digital counter of light emitting diodes, was announced in 1987. Counter Void is installed on the wall of TV Asahi in Roppongi Keyakizaka Dori, Roppongi Hills, with a huge digital number that appears on a semitransparent glass screen. The number is regularly counted. Counter Void offers the light of encouragement in these trying times.
