The 50th Anniversary of Daijiro Moroboshi’s Debut: A Portal to Another World

Daijiro Morohoshi
Daijiro Morohoshi (1949-) made his debut in 1970 with the short story “Junko Kyōkatsu” and celebrated his 50th debut anniversary in 2020. This exhibition will feature approximately 350 of Morohoshi’s original drawings, which have received great support from both readers and researchers in various fields, as well as artworks and folk materials closely related to the world of his works. The exhibition will also explore the origins of Morohoshi’s captivating ability to lead readers to other worlds.

There will be a change of exhibition between the first and second month.
First half: October 23rd (Sat) - November 23rd (Tue, National holiday)
Second half: November 25th (Thu) - December 26th (Sun)
