This two-artist exhibition brings together the style of Tomomi Inoue who paints almost lyrically in soft colors capturing the feelings of a girl living in the moment, and that of Ai Gonoi depicting girls who search for light in the darkness, stabbing out at times, clinging on at some times and pushing away at others.
It is an attempt to take light and rain, a reflection in the mirror, mud, and whatever else and imagine that as so many particles and how it glitters when scattered about.
