Atsushi Fukushima
Atsushi Fukushima, who studied at the Osaka University of Arts Photography Department and Tokyo College of Photography, began delivering bento meals to the homes of elderly people as a part-time job after graduation. Photography became a communication tool in his work. He photographed the rooms and and portraits of his customers. His work won the 2019 Kyotographie “KG+ Select” Grand Prix and has been featured on NHK. His work is personal rather than journalistic in nature while touch on themes of the individual vs. society, aging, and the act of eating.




Exhibition Hours 12:00-20:00. Until 18:00 on the last day. Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Public holidays.
