This three-part exhibition displays around 140 masterpieces of painting, crafts, and other genres from the Nagano Prefectural Art Museum’s collection. Part I features 43 works by artists such as the Nihonga painter Shunso Hishida, Western-style oil painter Togai Kawakami, Nagano artist Michisei Kono, and printmaker Hasui Kawase, who depicted landscapes of the Shinshu region.
