Hiroto Ikeuchi
Combining ready-made plastic models and parts of industrial products, Hiroto Ikeuchi gives a completely new value to the original image and excellence. By combining images from domestic and international pop culture such as "Star Wars", "Zoids", and "Gundam", which have influenced him since childhood, with Japan's unique model culture, he has created original expressions that evoke various images such as near-future, nostalgic, and cyberpunk, depending on the person. Ikeuchi's style, which began with the creation of dioramas using his own computer and models when he graduated from university, has evolved into a style based on industrial products such as suits, headsets, and gadgets, and he continues to pursue its potential.

In this exhibition, which is the artist's largest scale, he will present a conceptual space centered on a suit created together with the development and manufacturing team of the body-enhancing robot "Skeletonics," as well as other works he has presented to date, and as a new attempt, he will also present a wide range of works from a cross-section of design, technology, and art. In addition to the conceptual space featuring a suit work created by the artist, the exhibition will also feature a new work created in collaboration with Prototype Inc, which is active in a wide range of genres across design, technology, and art. In addition, visitors will be able to see the production process and the source of inspiration for these works. We hope you will take this opportunity to experience an unprecedentedly eccentric and solid worldview.
