The Chiba City Museum of Art Collection prioritizes the following three kinds of works in its acquisitions: "Works related to Boso, centering on Chiba City," "Japanese paintings and prints from the early modern period to the modern period," and "Contemporary art since 1945.

Works representing each of these categories are introduced from among the approximately 10,000 pieces in the collection. Exhibits are changed approximately every other month (approximately every three months for contemporary art) to showcase the highlights of the collection. Please enjoy the rich variety of the Chiba City Museum of Art's collection.
