Chiho Yamagishi has been familiar with the brush since she was a child, honing her skills in the art of calligraphy to a supreme level. Her paintings are imbued with a gentle yet compelling power. This exhibition was motivated by her feelings toward today's society, where diversity is of importance. "One and Only You" refers to the special life of each individual, the only one living in this world. The theme of the show is the preciousness of individuality and the beauty of the diversity in this world.
