SCAI The Bathhouse
Finished

Artists

Lee Ufan
Having come to Japan in 1956, Lee Ufan became a driving force in the Mono-ha, an influential trend in postwar Japanese art history. A large-scale retrospective exhibition of Ufan is currently being held at the National Art Center, Tokyo to commemorate its 15th anniversary until November 7. The exhibition at Scai The Bathhouse will feature works on wood, paper, and clay, which have not been shown in Lee's major solo exhibitions. These works serve as a pioneer in the artist's later development.
