Masako Yasuki "Pine Treesー Exposed Time, Trembling Boundary"

Artists

Masako Yasuki
Orie Art Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition by Masako Yasuki.
Yasuki is creating works that confront "landscapes" in our world. Her works incorporate pre-modern techniques such as tempera, gold foils, and materials that straddle the boundaries between East and West. The works combine memory and reality, the present and the past, the touchable and the untouchable, the visible and the invisible, and remind us of the future.
This exhibition features an installation of gold foil paintings from the "Pine Trees" series, the newest works, and projection mapping.
