Minako Nishiyama
Minako Nishiyama drew attention in the late-1980s for three-dimensional works drawing on girls’ culture, such as giant dollhouse-like sculptures. She is one of the first generations of artists to create artworks inspired by Japan's unique subculture. This exhibition features old and new works by Nishiyama and invites viewers to explore the duality of the pink color.
