Pop-Up "Artist Running" is an ongoing program that highlights artist-run spaces and artist-run projects that are expanding their spheres of activity through their own methods and networks, without relying on existing systems such as museums and commercial galleries.

Mumei, which will be presented in the sixth installment of this program, was founded by Fuyumi Murata in 2017 and started its activities based on a shared studio for artists in a former sumo stable and dormitory in Koto-ku. Since 2020, the group has been working without a specific space, curating at other artist-run spaces and planning publications as exhibitions, which were launched at Tokyo Art Book Fair 2021.

This time, the exhibition publication "New Clear Answer," which was published at the end of last year, will be realized in the actual space of void+eaves together with an installation by Miki Morioka, one of the participating artists in the book, which suggests the relationship between space, people, and things and approaches them from an environmental perspective.
