Isson Tanaka

The Summer Permanent Exhibition focuses on bright work with a summery image, and work that marked a turning point in Isson Tanaka's life, such as "Medfly by the Water, Dead Lotus and Butterbur Blossom," "White Flower," and "Autumn Sunshine," as well as a photo and death mask of his sister who supported Tanaka at the end of his life, are presented to allow visitors to trace the drama of Tanaka's life. Visitors can carefully view works from each period while tracing Isson Tanaka's life.

Hours	9:00-18:00 Until 19:00 from July to August.
Closed	Closed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month (unless this falls on a public holiday when the venue will open). Open on April 29 to May 5, July 21 to August 21, December 30 to January 3.
Notice	Closed on July 6, 20, September 7 and 21.

Fee

Adults ¥520, University and High School Students ¥370, Junior High and Elementary School Students ¥260, Seniors 70 & Over residing in Kagoshima free.
