Takeo Takei, Motoichi Kumagai, Hideo Fukuyo et al.
Takeo Takei created various types of works throughout his career, including paintings for children, prints, and books. In order to define children's painting as a genre of art, Takei established the Japan Children's Artist Association with other like-minded artists. While many writers adored Takei and worked with him, Japanese photographer and illustrator Motoichi Kumagai was also among his students. This exhibition features the works by Takeo Takei and artists influenced by him.
