Taro's Creation Exhibitionー Without Creativity the World Would Be Too Boring

Taro Okamoto Museum of Art, Kawasaki
Finished

Artists

Taro Okamoto
Taro Okamoto's paintings are characterized by their clear, bright, primary colors and powerful, energetic brush strokes. Okamoto's style seems to be improvised, but in fact, he created his paintings only after he thoroughly drew a sketch. The exhibition introduces various drawings, paintings, and sculptures while also touching on Okamoto's personality, artistic views, and techniques.

*During the special exhibition "Miwa Komatsu: Challenging Taro Okamoto - Spirituality and Mandala" from June 25 (Sat) to August 28 (Sun), advance reservations are required. For details, please check the official website.
