A World Expanding from Six Dots— Touching Braille

Gallery A4
Finished
Do you know what is written in Braille near the mouth of a beer can? The answer is "alcohol." We often see Braille but don't fully understand it. For many, it’s the closest yet most distant script. These small six dots are vital guides, helping those who use them navigate both the imaginary worlds in books and the world outside their homes. This exhibition is the second in the "Diverse Society" series, following the 2021 exhibition "Stand, Walk, Run – Overcoming Barriers with Prostheses." It begins with Braille, aiming to explore various perspectives.
