First published in 2000, AARGH! is a Czech comics anthology that has supported the country's comics scene with a wide range of works, from entertainment to distinctive artistic projects. What began as a small publication by two comics enthusiasts has grown into a highly regarded magazine, with back issues now sought after by collectors.
Many Czech comics artists active today, both in the Czech Republic and internationally, trace their beginnings to AARGH!. This exhibition presents covers, selected works, and illustrations from past issues, offering a glimpse into the rich and diverse world of contemporary Czech comics. Back issues of the magazine will also be available to view at the venue.
