Tango Ancient Village Museum
Finished

Artists

AAWAA
This exhibition showcases a work by contemporary artist AAWAA at the Tango Ancient Village Museum, as a joint project with the Kyotango City Board of Education.

This project is an attempt to connect ancient and modern times by looking at the traces of sleep of the people who once lived in this area and built Tamba Province. A space was created with textiles inspired by vermilion soil - cinnabar - excavated from the tomb complex of Tango's Misaka Shrine.
