Adam Silverman
Adam Silverman's ceramic works have a rugged texture like lava, eggs, and planets as if they were dug out of the earth. The presence of his work is also influenced by his background, which includes studying architecture and art at university and founding the streetwear brand "X-Large," which dominated street culture around the world in the 1990s.

Silverman began making ceramics when he was a teenager and began his career as a ceramic artist in earnest in 2002. Influenced by Le Corbusier, Louis Kahn, Carlo Scarpa, and Tadao Ando, he has been creating from a contemporary perspective. 2005 saw him visit Mashiko, Japan, where he absorbed traditional Japanese techniques. His work has been acquired by museums around the world, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Nasher Museum of Sculpture, and the Israel Museum of Art.

This exhibition will feature more than 20 ceramic and two-dimensional works, ranging from early works created in 1998 to more recent works created in 2022. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the transition of a ceramic artist working around the world.
