"Art Lab" is a participatory, hands-on artist project that creates spaces through open production and workshops on the themes of "Enjoying with the five senses," "Feeling and sensing materials," and "The start of communication."
Architect and designer Nao Saito has been creating "Tactile Maps" for many years, aiming to shape emotions and the imagination evoked by the sense of touch in architectural spaces. In this project, the goal is to allow the emotions and sensations of people passing through the space of the Chiba City Museum of Art to unfold and to create a museum experience for each visitor.
