This exhibition introduces the art developed in Europe (France), Japan, and Asahikawa over the past 100 years. The exhibition will look back on "modern art" that transcended genres and countries with approximately 90 paintings and crafts from the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, which houses a large collection of works from the Ecole de Paris, as well as the Migishi Kotaro Museum of Art and Hokkaido Asahikawa Museum of Art's collection.
