COHJU is pleased to announce a solo exhibition titled birds, butterflies, bees, and more... by Atsuki Fujimoto, which will run from Saturday, 14 June 2025, to Saturday, 19 July 2025.

Born in Mie Prefecture in 1997, Atsuki Fujimoto completed his master’s degree in Oil Painting at Kyoto University of the Arts and is currently based in Kyoto. By dyeing, layering, and at times cutting fabrics himself, he brings depth and dimensionality to his paintings, expressing the textures and atmospheres of natural landscapes and plants.

Following his presentation in our Viewing Room at the end of last year, this will be Fujimoto’s first solo exhibition at our gallery. The exhibition will feature over 15 new works, including large-scale paintings ranging from size 100 to 120. We warmly invite you to take this opportunity to experience his remarkable art.
