At Roll, artist Ayaco Nakamura will exhibit a work composed of 38 photographs. Nakamura, who has been creating and presenting photographs and paintings since her early twenties, established the Chigaya Studio on the outskirts of Tokyo about three years ago as her base of activities. There, she engages in interactions with various people she encounters, rediscovering the beauty of ordinary daily life. Titled "Notes," this exhibition, presented five years after her previous work, "Daylight," is a collection of photographs that calmly chronicles the universality observed in everyday life- a kind of diary.
