Bokunou
In collaboration with Kane-Zanmai, a large-scale solo exhibition of the artist Bokunou will be held. Known for eclectic and surreal performances, Bokunou's activities span comedy, live shows, DJing, and TV scriptwriting. Bokunou often deconstructs conventional forms, as seen in the unconventional "Picasso Exhibition" where Bokunou sat adorned with moles instead of displaying artworks.
The exhibition, curated by artist collective Chim↑Pom from Smappa!Group, aims to explore the full scope of Bokunou's influence. It will feature new installations, performances, and a comprehensive display of over 1000 past works. Additionally, Bokunou's first compilation "Boku, Bokunou," a 1000-page archive of Bokunou's work, will be released. The exhibit will blend art and products, with various items available for purchase.
