Exhibition commemorating the publication of "Classroom of Mincho Type" (Book & Design). Typeface designer Osamu Toriumi will exhibit particularly memorable books he has encountered and books that have used typefaces he created, along with the original characters of those typefaces.
Additionally, the exhibition will feature original characters of Hiragino Mincho W8, which Toriumi worked on in the 1990s, and artworks by students from the second term of the Matsumoto Mojijuku whom Toriumi has instructed in typeface design. This exhibition aims to give visitors an understanding of how typefaces are crafted by human hands.

2. Workshop "Nigaoji" by Osamu Toriumi

Participation Fee: General ¥12,000 (incl. tax), Students ¥8,000 (incl. tax) *Includes the cost of a booklet to be sent later
