Centennial Art Festival - Environment and Desire - Uchiboso Art Fest

Against the backdrop of the landscapes of the five cities in the Uchibo region, artists and creators will unleash their creativity and present new artistic works. Led by general producer Takeshi Kobayashi and art director Flam Kitagawa, approximately 80 leading contemporary artists from Japan and abroad have been invited to exhibit artworks using various techniques such as painting, sculpture, video, and installation both indoors and outdoors. Visitors can explore the charm of each area by touring the five cities, guided by the art pieces on display.

Venue: Five cities in the Uchiboso region (Ichihara City, Kisarazu City, Kimitsu City, Sodegaura City, and Futtsu City)

Access20 minutes by taxi from Kisarazu Station on the JR Uchibo line; From the West exit of Kisarazu Station on the JR Uchibo line, take the bus for 30 minutes and get off at Kurkku Fields. The venue is 10 minute walk from there.
